There customer service sucks they will not get back to you at all. when you buy there glasses with a different currency cad to usa they will not refund you the hole amount you payed for on your account they would only pay you how much they charged you in usa currency they will not make up the difference if your refund was short and you can never get in contact with them at all

Nel frattempo è arrivato il vecchio ordine che era stato bloccato in dogana, ma mi hanno spedito comunque il nuovo ordine come regalo per scusarsi del disagio dovuto al molto ritardo. Quindi per me è un azienda molto seria e ricomprerò sicuramente da loro.

Glasses arrived within 2 weeks, seem sturdy and prescription was good. That’s the two stars. I decided the day they arrived that I wanted to exchange or return them and I certainly was within the 30 days allowed. Cue the dilema. They do not process returns on the chat feature. I was told I’d receive an email with instructions from the back office. No email. No one answers the phone number. Now because of the poor customer service, you’ve lost my business and I just want to return the glasses and not exchange them. Somehow I got a call back with retention offers to keep the glasses but, no surprise, they couldn’t process a return. Again I was told the back office would email me instructions. Still no email and no instructions for return. No one should spend 2 days trying to get a return authorization with no success. It should easily be processed in chat or at least phone. UPDATE: They emailed the return instructions three days after I first requested the info and refunded me 2 days after I mailed the glasses back. I am adding a star because I did get a refund.

I absolutely love ordering from them. They’re a good quality glasses provider a long with having amazing customer service. They also make it SO easy to return orders as well.

This company is top tier! They have such beautiful glasses and their customer service is amazing. I’ve never had such wonderful customer care with a company like I have with them! I always get compliments on my glasses and I send them straight to CliCliMe! I’m no gatekeeper .. I highly recommend!! Thank you again for all of your help when usps made it chaotic.

I wanted to return glasses that didn't fit. The website says I could reach out via live chat or email. First, I reach out via livechat. They are responding quickly and kept offering alternatives to returns (credit or frame exchanges). After they exhausted alternative methods, they stop responding at all. Which is odd because they were responding in less than a minute each time, so it wasn't a time zone difference. So I call the phone number. A man answers and tells me there is nothing he can do and to try email instead. I then reach out via email asking to return the glasses with the screenshot of the glasses and the prescription as prompted. I clearly stated I wanted to return the products. They email me back offering me credit only. I am very frustrated and call the phone number again. A guy answers again and once again says there is nothing he can do. From my end I can hear him set the phone down and start drilling as if he was in a wearhouse and just kept our phone conversation going so all I could hear was his drilling noises.
