I purchased frames from Go-Optic and never received them. USPS has a record of receiving the package but our deliveries go to a mail locker system and most likely it placed into the wrong box. I contacted Go-Optic and while they were pleasant on the phone and email 3+ months later they haven't refunded my purchase or sent me another frame. They are still investigating. This is most unfortunate, I will never place an order with Go-Optic again.

Go-Optic installed the hi-index lenses on the frame incorrectly (i.e., the lenses were popping out). When I complained they accepted to re-do the work, but they installed another set of lenses which were not what I ordered (i.e., much lower quality lenses). They refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes and issue a full refund for the inferior lenses. Go-Optic is not to be trusted.

I ordered a pair of LGR sunglasses from them that came in a rare, discontinued colorway. They would not sell them to me unless I called their number, which should have been the first red flag. The glasses took forever to arrive and when they finally did, they were the wrong colorway. I got radio silence from customer service and eventually filed a claim with my bank. However, after 4 months, the bank sided with the merchant because I had still received sunglasses. They scammed me out of $450. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

I ordered almost $300 worth of work including shipping then they send me an email that unless I pay additional $15 for cleaning they will cancel my order. I already spent $39 to mail the frames to them. I hate when a company hold what you already spent hostage to nickel and dime you. I thought I was dealing with top of the line service not a discount airline. I used to be an Optician and I never heard anyone charging for cleaning, it is always included in the service. I paid but I will never use this service again. In order to proceed, it's necessary for the frames to be cleaned/sanitized prior. To assist you with this, we offer a same-day Ultrasonic Frame Cleaning Service for an additional fee of $15. This fee would be applied to the current order and payment on file. The customer may confirm the cleaning service fee to continue with the cleaning in order for us to fulfill the lens request. Otherwise, if the frames are not sanitized, we regret that we'll be unable to proceed with the order and will have to cancel the request and return the glasses to the customer. So frustrating!
