Absolutely love my new prescription sun glasses. They are lightweight and the tint is perfect. They are so much more affordable then buying from my eye doctor. I recommend to everyone.

The glasses I purchased were too heavy and caused me discomfort after wearing them for a short time. This is a problem since I wear my glasses all day. I emailed asking for a refund. The only offer I received back was for an exchange which I do want. Since that response, I’ve called twice and emailed and I’ve heard nothing back. They have a 30 day refund/exchange policy they have not honored. Buyer beware. 7/22/24 Response: Thank you for responding to my review. I have not received any emails from you since the one where you only offered me an exchange. If you would like to help me please email me because before I wrote a review of your company, I was receiving your emails. You have my email address and phone number. Thank you 7/22/24. Thank you for your response to my email this morning. 7/26/24. Cliclime has reached out to me with how I should send the glasses back. I sent my glasses back, responded back to them with the tracking number and they replied back that they had issued me a refund which I immediately received. Thank you for my refund.

Actually, we have sent several emails to you, we not only send one time exchange procedure，but also two times refund procedure, and we didn't receive the tracking number for returning after we sent refund procedure. Would you please check your spam folder? We propose an exchange, on the one hand, in order to help you choose comfortable glasses, and on the other hand, we hope you give us a chance to establish a long-term relationship. We are legit professional manufacturer for prescription glasses，we have 30-day return and refund service and 90-day exchange service. If you are not interested in the exchange, we can refund you, please don't worry.
I love these glasses and they're quite fashionable! Only slight discrepancy is that they don't wipe clean very easily.
