Customer service is non-existent. Needed to exchange for a different size. Emailed customer service on 4 occasions without a response.

The braces don’t stay in place during activity. I tried tightening it at different intervals and it still did not assist. Used during cycling and now will sit in a box of unused devices as does not work.

I ordered one for each thumb. They minimize inflammation, and therefore pain. Also hoping the less inflammation will stop growth of protrusions.

I became aware of the bracelab brace when I went to my dental hygienist, and she was wearing one and told me how wonderful it was and that she was in much less pain, and that it really helped her to do her job. After my dental appointment, I went home and ordered one. It’s made a world of difference for me

As Advertised. It met my expectations for a CMC brace which still allows enough thumb mobility that I can work using my thumb. Obly downside is that it tends to 'ride up' so I need to stop periodically and push it down.

Ordered Push Med Wrist brace. size guide accurate & it is comfortable & supportive. I was advised to wear a brace for 6 weeks following a cortisone injection for tendinitis. The customer service was excellent

Order was quickly processed & the Push Med brace is comfortable & supportive. I needed it for wrist tendinitis after cortisone injection. It meets my needs & will be used for the next six weeks. Customer service is excellent.
