We would recommend discontinuing use for now and reaching out to our support team so we can help review the fit and sizing with you. If the brace was purchased directly from us, we do offer a free 30-day return and exchange policy and would be happy to assist further.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your brace. We do offer a manufacturer’s warranty, so please contact our support team at 888-235-8221 for a replacement. We’d also be happy to walk you through a few fitting tips to make it more comfortable. For example, you may find it helpful to adjust the light grey straps—they don’t need to attach to the dot. You can position them more toward the sides or lower on the brace for a better fit. If discomfort continues, please know we also offer a 30-day return policy.
