I love this brace . It fits very well to the point that sometimes I forget I’m wearing it. I was having terrible pain with my CMC joint and my doctor recommended surgery or to wear a brace since the surgery would be very expensive. I did a lot of searching and I found this and am so glad I did. Highly recommend

It's an easy ordering process, brace arrived quickly, but it's a bit too big. I followed the messing tool. I'm using the brace to swim, so I can't return it either.

Easy process for ordering and shipping. Doctors office made prescription, ordered, and paid. Shipping was fast and brace was delivered in a timely manner.

I use BraceLab's MetaGrip devices on both of my wrists. The products function well to support and protect both of my CMC joints. My Doctor recommended that I use your products. One area that could be improved is the Velcro attachments. The Velcro straps on both of my devices have worn out prematurely after only 3 months of usage. When I brought this to the attention of your staff to see what could be done to fix it; your representative offered to replace my most recent purchase with another one. I appreciated that immensely. Your representative was very polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about my devices. I submitted photos of my worn left MetaGrip Velcro straps to highlight and identify the issue I was experiencing. Some of the Velcro hooks had broken down and the strap itself had started to separate. Within one week I received a replacement MetaGrip in the mail. Since I wear my MetaGrip devices 24/7 I was more than pleased to receive the replacement device. Thank you for your products and for your support.

My chiropractor referred me to your website for the brace he thought would help. So far, so good. However, your shipping is less than good. As you can see by your records it took 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE. It that time, the use of my thumb was Impossible. You cashed the Credit Card right away. NOT HAPPY ON DELIVERY!

I was having excruciating pain with my CMC support on my left thumb. My joint would pop in and out of socket. This was due to my repetitive job with my hands. I’ve been using the thumb support for a little over a month. My joint pain has subsided quite a bit. I have movement in my thumb without a lot of pain now. I wear it while working and while I sleep. So thankful I found this product to avoid surgery hopefully.
