Above and beyond
Working with Nick has been a pleasure. He is so thorough. I had a myriad of issues with my existing security system, but he didn't give up. Instead, he returned with a solution in mind. He has impeccable customer service skills, especially given the heightened anxiety around COVID-19. The Anaheim office rocks!

Mario is the best
Mario is the best! Looking out for the customer and the company by providing superb service. Knowledgeable, efficient and providing easy to understand explanations. We were also very impressed with his COVID19 precautions.

Mr Will Rose... Thank You!! Your willingness to listen, understand, and respond comes second to none. The efforts you gave to help me resolve my issues were truly superior customer service at it finest. From getting me in a new contract and out of the old one. Also upgrading much of my equipment. Great service
A tech showed up to replace sign and asked him if I could schedule a tech to come out fix a couple of door sensors fixed and they did it on the spot. Great service.

The installer
The installer, Gerald, was excellent. He was very patient with me and very helpful in offering solutions. He has a great personality and interacted with me, answered all my questions. Made sure I knew how to operate within the app with my new features.

Good service. decent product
I have had good service from this company. We were thinking about changing a few months ago, but the ones we looked at turned out to be more hassle and more expensive in the long run. My last experience with this company involved a dying battery on one of the sensors. We called for service as there were some things going on with the panel that needed looked at. The Service Tech was very thourugh, and we ended up changing several batteries that were close to end of life and would have caused problems. Everything is working well now, and I didn't have to wait for each battery to die before I replaced them.
