Forget 5 🌟’s how about 50🌟’s! Travis has been a true life saver. He visited our home on 3 different occasions to address some system issues. He is very kind, considerate, honest, full of integrity and let’s not forget has tremendous passion, drive and knowledge to get to the root of the issue and resolve the issue for good. He is very professional and loves his job, that is very evident. He never rushed through the issues, rather he listened to us and explained everything every step of the way. Coming from 27 years of Customer Service background, I can see talent very quickly! Travis needs to be promoted to manage your Customer Service Department because he has very high standards In customer satisfaction which is sold separately these days. I can say we will stay with Alert 360 because of Travis. We highly recommended this company to anyone, talk about world class service! It just doesn’t get any better then this! Allen, the service tech, was polite, intelligent and even funny and while being personable he also came what he was dispatched to do. Fix my system...which he did in less than an hour. Great experience.

I've been with Alert 360 for over a year. We were going to be away from our home for several days and wanted to be sure the system was working properly. A signal test to the central office indicated a problem. The tech arrived the next day and resolved not only the original issue but found that the smoke/fire detectors were not working. He replaced all 5 detectors that were out of date. We recently had a glass breakage detector that was not working. Again a very knowledgeable and courteous tech was dispatched. He replaced the non-working device with a temp until a new one that matched the original in style could be ordered. Again, very professional and courteous. My experience with Alert 360 has been very positive.

I ordered a new fob and a system check. The technician, Ming, was friendly, knowledgeable, answering all questions I had about the system and cameras. And giving us ideas and explanations for the best placement of equipment. As always, a very good experience with Alert 360. Thanks.
