Really nice seemless process. Installation was scheduled quickly. Was up and running in a couple hours. Tech (forgot his name) did a great job

Two technicians serviced our home. They were both very cordial, respectful and efficient. They replaced contacts on three windows and seemed very knowledgable.

Frank was the most knowledgeable Technical Service persons I have met dealing with Security Systems. He did an outstanding and professional job installing new equipment and was very detailed in his explanations. He insured and checked that ALL sensors were working before he left. He even noticed that the Smoke Detector was incorrectly installed by previous technicians. He answered all our questions and I am completely satisfied with the job he did for Alert 360. Highly recommended!

Technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate how patient they were in answering my many questions. Awesome experience all around and I love, love, love my new cameras. I have been with company for almost 12 years and continue to be happy with their services.
