Overall we're satisfied with Zenoti as a platform, it's stable, reliable and the core features are fit for purpose. Nicola, Mark and Ramana are super helpful. The one criticism is that as a larger business we're constantly bumping up against the software's limitations and Zenoti are incredibly slow to address these gaps.

After nearly 20 years with another service provider, we made the switch to Zenoti, and I am absolutely blown away! The difference in functionality between the two systems, is light night and day—Zenoti’s system is incredibly intuitive, powerful, and streamlined in ways I hadn’t even imagined possible. But what truly sets them apart is their outstanding support team. Leading up to GO LIVE (which was yesterday), their level of care, attention to detail, and genuine dedication were beyond what I ever thought possible. Every question, no matter how small, was answered with incredible patience, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfectly tailored to our needs. Since then, their continued support has been exceptional—their patience is unmatched, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. It's rare to find a company so committed to making sure their clients feel supported and confident every step of the way. I cannot recommend Zenoti highly enough—this transition has been transformative for us, and their team has truly gone above and beyond to make it a seamless experience. If you’re considering a change, do it now—Zenoti is a game-changer! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
