Excellent, thank you for your business!
I paid extra for inside delivery but had to put it in myself.

Inside delivery includes liftgate service and limited threshold delivery. The freight driver will lower your shipment to ground level and bring the complete shipment inside the first set of doors to your building. They will not assemble or install furniture. If you feel you did not receive the service you should have, please contact [email protected] for a refund. Thank you for your business!
I like the option to order directly from the website. So many places either refuse to show you the price online, or won't even let you order without a quote, so this is very appreciated!

YOU are appreciated! Thank you so much for your review and your business.
The table keeps getting delayed. It’s been almost two months PAST the expected delivery date. I’m not getting honest answers- the reason for the delay keeps changing. I need this table asap.

We're sorry that your order was delayed. Our team works hard to follow up and provide you with the information that we receive from the factories. The factories are working at full capacity this time of year as schools across the country are gearing up for Back-to-School. Good news though, our customer service team is sending tracking information that your order has finally shipped! Thank you for your business!
Alisa is my customer service rep, and she is responsive and helpful. She has always been patient and communicative when I have questions.
