experience was good. price was very good. only preventing 5 stars is that I ordered a navy glass board but the thumbnail at checkout was light blue. I will confim the order. but that one little thing made me have doubts if it would be right.

I experienced product damage sustained from rough handling by the carrier. Worthington’s Customer Service Representative, Julie Olaibi, got right on the problem; replaced the damaged goods, and took care of the shipping arrangements and charges.

Very easy to use on line ordering

The ordering process was easy with easy online step by step navigation. Order transaction was quick with an e-mailed receipt. The product was simple to find for what we need. Many colors selection to choose from.

It’s be a month and have not heard anything about the status of my order. Original estimate was 2 weeks. When emailed several days ago I did not get a response either. Update: Worthington reached out immediately after the first review and we were able to locate where the furniture was delivered at my work. They did deliver on time. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email notifications.
