Sharon Jefferson was kind, patient and professional. She provided me all the information that I needed to have the process be easy. Because of her professionalism I would continue to purchase from Worthington Direct. (The date that I called her is the approximate date.)

Happy to find the furniture I wanted on this site but the checkout process was frustrating. It took me almost 30 minutes to get the order to go through. I attempted to use the Chat Feature and all I received were error messages. I am hoping the remainder of my process (shipping and delivery) go better than ordering.
