VIOFO was built on a simple belief: a dash cam should feel like part of the car—not a bulky gadget—and it should stay reliable, delivering clear evidence when it matters most. At a time when the market was filled with bulky designs, unreliable batteries, and poor video quality, we stepped in to solve the problems others ignored. We moved beyond intrusive suction cups to create compact, discreet dash cams that blend seamlessly into your vehicle. We were among the first to introduce supercapacitor-based models, replacing traditional batteries for greater reliability and safety in extreme heat. And by continuously integrating advanced Sony sensors and HDR technology, we ensure drivers capture clear, dependable footage—day or night.
VIOFO (viofo.com) has 318 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Purchased a A329S camera system for my car. The system itself works great and is very customizable. As an added bonus, the support team sent me a modified firmware to address something that was not covered by the options. Overall, a great experience, a choice that I would make again.

Terrific Customer Support All Around Encountered and technical issue outside of the warranty and VIOFO really stood behind their product in all aspects. Quick response time, thorough troubleshooting, and really went the extra mile to make sure my issue was taken care of. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great quality dashcam and offers excellent customer service support.

Purchased VIOFO A229 plus less than a year ago and I the front camera stopped working. I contacted customer service and they shipped me out a replacement after it was determined that the old camera couldn’t be repaired. Glad to find a company that stands behind their product!

I’ve had Viofo dash cam for a while and it’s been great, but recently the USB car charger stopped working. I contacted support, Linda figured out the issue, arranged a replacement, and sent me the tracking number within minutes. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

I had a great experience with Viofo products. I currently own their A139 Pro, A229 Pro and A 229 Plus. All working in great condition here in the United Arab Emirates where the temperatures can reach 60° C. And whenever I had any troubleshooting or help with the products the support staff were very prompt on replying and guiding me through everything. Will definetly recommend their products.

Camera works amazing, team works better. Camera I bought started having some trouble with the screen about 10-11 months after purchase, but the customer support team was able to trouble shoot with me until it was decided they will send me a replacement. I worked with Annie Shi who was very punctual and responsive. Would recommend their cameras as they’ve already saved me plenty times.
