I had to reach out to the VIOFO chat because the cards I received with my order were not formatting to my dashcam. It was very frustrating. Linda was taking my chat. Her patience walking me through a couple steps and then learning the distributor recommended and sent me the wrong cards. Linda took the extra steps and sent me the cards that should have been sent. Recently got my 7-year-old Viofo A129 Pro Duo front camera replaced for only $90 after the front cam footage started becoming grainy and blurry. I contacted customer care and Josie assisted me throughout the entire process. She provided all the information I needed and answered every question clearly. The whole process was simple and completely stress-free. Truly amazing customer service. The replacement unit is refurbished and comes with a 1-year warranty, which is great. I'm very happy with the service provided. Thank you, Josie!

Once I checked product & reviews of dash cams I was impressed with your VIOFO dash cam. Prior to order, I phoned Tech Support in Canada. Answering my call was Sam, who helped me with the purchase & helped with all my technical questions before & after. Great staff. I made many calls to Tech support. Sam was always there to take my call & help. He turned out to be a friend making me feel comfortable. All credit should go to Sam. If it was not for Sam, I may have purchased another brand. Please give Sam a shout out from his Boss & your Company.

I had a very frustrating experience with VIOFO Benelux. I ordered a VIOFO BP100 Battery Pack and waited weeks for delivery. When the package finally arrived, they sent the wrong product (an expansion battery instead of the BP100). After contacting support, they admitted the mistake and asked me to return the item before they would send the correct one. They provided a return label but required me to print it and drop the package off myself. I went to DHL and they refused the package because the label must be printed on paper. I explained to VIOFO that I do not have access to a printer and asked for a pickup or another return option. They refused and insisted I must print the label and take it to a drop-off point. This means I have to spend additional time and money fixing a mistake that was entirely on their side. I already waited weeks for the order, and the issue is still unresolved. Very disappointing customer experience.

Very happy with my VS1 purchase. The best things for me are the minimalist form factor and excellent quality footages. It also has various parking mode options which require hardwiring or power supply from an external battery pack. I had an issue with my parking mode which suddenly became erratic so I lodged a support ticket. I immediately got a response from Viofo and they have guided me through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures. Each time was a prompt response despite the time difference which made me feel very much accommodated. It took us a couple of firmware updates but now my issue is resolved. I got my parking mode back up and running to my preferred setup, and I’m satisfied with the result. Massive thanks to Cassie and the engineering team for the patience, prompt response times and overall assistance. A genuine five-star experience.

I’ve had the A229 Pro since November 2024 and it’s been a great product so far. Only until recently it was having issues of shutting down and turning back on constantly. So I reached out to VIOFO support team, and Annie assisted me with everything. Fortunately they are able to ship me out a replacement through the warranty. The customer service from Annie was great and I’m happy that my issue is getting fixed. Thank you!

I ordered the Viofo A119 mini Pro which was just released a few months ago. Layla in customer support was very helpful sending me a second dash cam because the first one was lost in delivery. I was attracted to this dash cam for many different reasons. First it's very small but yet very powerful. The video and audio are very clear even at night. I also like the upgraded Wi-Fi. Downloading the Viofo app makes operating the dash cam very easy. It's easy to set up and very high quality.

When I installed the VIOFO Ultra A229 Ultra I noticed that the GPS Blue light did not come on. I submitted a ticket with VIOFO support and they responded with some tips on troubleshooting. The tips did not fix the issue so they sent me a new GPS module which fixed the issue.
