I have needed help from VIOFO support a few times and they have gone above and beyond each time. This is for a product which is also out of warranty and frankly should have no expectation of continued support. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Great Product and Exceptional Customer Service! I was having a little trouble with one of my VIOFO dash cams and I contacted customer service. They worked with me through the issue and stood behind their product. I wish more companies took this approach.

Where do I start ! The VIOFO Support team has been wonderfully supportive, understanding and patient. Jessica and Annie have been absolutely great and solved my issue. I’m stating as much because I had my own issues to deal with, which extended the duration of my need for VIOFO Support over months. But the team were always there and available. Had an issue with my A129 getting stuck on the start up screen. Josie Z was very helpful in working with me to resolve the issue. When these did not work she helped me purchase a replacement camera. Great staff!!!
