This is the WORST designed company for an online pet pharmacy. Whenever a client has ordered food through Petsmart or any other prescription company connected with Vetsource, I immediately become angry that I am about to begin another huge waste of my time for no compensation. They must have hired administrators that were formerly in government DMV offices! The voice messages left have 25% to 75% inaccurate information including owner's name, pet's name, order number, the clinic ID code to use if approving this online instead of phone call. It's a joke!! And then to only allow 5 days to return their call (including holidays and weekends) for prescription food to be approved by me (the veterinarian who prescribed it) is completely outrageous! If it times out after 5 days, the veterinarian cannot approve it! The owner has to start the whole process over (making me look bad along with the lousy Vetsource company). You would think this is a request to talk face to face with the President in the White House or at least ordering a controlled substance medication!! They have to be losing millions of dollars for themselves and their clients like Pet Smart. They act as if veterinarians have nothing better to do than wait for one of their phone calls. Unbelievable!!! I for one don't have time nor the patience for incredibly inept companies such as this!

Beware of this seller. Huge scammer! I ordered Heartgard (2 boxes) for almost $30;and they shipped 2 pills only which arrived in an open small envelope. They refused return or refund.

I had to order meds for my dog while traveling. After 1 1/2 weeks, they could not get the order correctly submitted to my vet who kept declining the order. After the last call, about the 7th call that is, the agent said now that they did not show any orders for me. I already moved on to my next stop so went to Amazon online where I ordered from and had to cancel. Went to Chewy, got the order submitted, approved, shipped, received in 5 days. Now that is what should have happened. Will never go back and do not recommend Vets Source either.

The website does not let you change an autoship delivery to either delete an item or change the delivery schedule--you must go through customer support. On the day my cat died, tried to cancel her prescription diet as they kept sending me additional orders and were charging them to my credit card, but the delivery had not even been made. They will just tell you the order is in fulfillment and cant be cancelled.

First time I used them and it was a horrible decision. Made my online appointment. When it came time to start I clicked the join now just to get and error message stating token error. Ended up texting the doctor. Got the prescription I needed for my beagles ear infection. Anti biotic and over the counter ear flush. $170.00. Paid an extra $19 for expedited shipping. 2 days later I receive a message stating shipping label created Portland Oregon. Receive the package today which is 4 days after appointment. Before I open the box I get another $120 charge for medication. I call and they explain the anti biotic ear drops are coming from a different warehouse and I shouldn’t have been charged again. Day 4 and shipping label for the antibiotics still not created. My poor dog now is going to the ER due the absolute incompetence of this company. Stay away if you care about your pets.

I tried to place order online. There system would not allow payment to process. I called Vetsource & spoke with a CSR to process payment. When the CSR asked to verify my address, they had the wrong address in their system. I provided the correct address. I was told the CSR updated the address in one spot but not another on the system so the medication got sent to the wrong address. Vetsource told me that it would be up to Wedgewood Pharmacy on whether they would refund my money or re-ship the meds. It has been several days & still no contact from Vetsource or Wedgewood Pharmacy. Plus Vetsource charged $12 service fee & has not refunded their fee either nor did they offer to. This is very shady business. Would not use again nor recommend. Shady practices.

I have had repeated problems with VetSource orders being messed up, resulting in delays in receiving my dogs’ medications. This time, I even reordered more than a week before I would run out, specifically because I have learned to anticipate delays with VetSource. Apparently, I needed to allow two weeks for a refill. Mistakes happen, but what is especially frustrating is the complete lack of urgency, consistency or accountability when I call to get the problem resolved. The response I received was essentially, “Well, this is all I can do." None of "what they can do" ever actually gave me the confidence that the medication will arrive before I run out - or any explanation as to why this continues to happen. When you are dealing with medications for pets, this should not be treated like a delayed package or a minor inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase down orders, plan for delays that shouldn't be necessary, and then be told there’s nothing more that can be done while my dogs’ medication supply runs out. And honestly, an apology would go a long way. Instead, I’m left feeling like the inconvenience, and the potential consequences of not having the medication that my dog needs is simply my problem to deal with. I expect better communication, accountability, and urgency from a company handling veterinary medications. If I have to allow two weeks or more every time I order medication just to account for VetSource mistakes and delays, that is not acceptable service. Do Better!

The worst company ever. Took my payment 7 days later my cat still didn’t have her special diet food. I called told them to cancel the order, they refused. I told then I would dispute this w my bank. I was I informed if I do I could never buy from them again. Are you kidding me!!! No problem. My vet recommended this site but don’t ever use them.
