Ordered by phone. Easy to order. Pharmacy department checked all of my pets information. Pleasant and efficient. The only snag was that my veterinary hospital was no longer listed on the Vetsource website. (Which is why I had to call.)

I recently placed an order incorrectly for my pup’s prescription food. I called immediately to stop my future auto shipments. I spoke to Cassidy who was wonderful. She canceled the future auto shipments and moved forward with the correct food. She made my error seamless. I am a stickler for great customer service and I am happy to say that I received that today.

I'm not sure what the other bad reviews are about but we used this service for our dogs heart and flea meds. When USPS delivered the flea meds to the wrong address and we never received it, Vetsource promptly mailed us out a replacement for no charge. That was very nice of them and they could have said "you'll have to deal with USPS" but they didn't, they promptly shipped out a replacement. The prices seem to be on par or cheaper than 1-800-petmeds or the Vet's office prices. Overall I recommend this company for Pet supplies and will continue to use them for our dog's flea and heart-worm meds.

I really have to give them props for shipping 2 bottles of refrigrerated and expensive medicine that were missing from the first order I made. It was a lifesaver to be able to have them fix the issue, especially with such important medicine that is not exactly cheap to replace. The refrigerated medicine also arrived intact and cold.

It was seamless and easy to cancel a med for my dog that somehow was ordered. It was fast and easy to cancel the expensive med.

I can’t believe all these bad reviews but all experiences are different. I had a long relationship with Vetsource. They provided heartworm medication for seven of my dogs. They sent the medication every six months; I never had to worry about it missing or being incorrect. The main reason I’m writing today is because my heartworm medication was ready to be refilled. It had just been mailed when my dog died. I called Vetsource to get the order canceled, but it had already shipped. However, the very caring woman just about cried with me about my dog. She refunded my money and suggested I donate the medication when I receive it. So I think Vetsource is a great company.
