Tell us more about your experience. What went wrong this time? Exactly. Love the "this". 2 weeks for delivery on an antibiotic did not help my dog. There were at least 6 pills broken into bits. So much powder on the bottom of the bottle that it was a mound when I dumped it out. Very bummed I didnt take a Pic. On top of paying over 100 percent markup for medication, terrible quality and delivery. As well, the label is 95% faded and cannot read anything. It came regular mail, in a black bag, with no info attached. I checked my mail and it was not there. I saw someone down by my mailbox at midnight. Checked the next morning and it was in my box. I dont see my mail lady delivering at midnight so I found that odd.

So difficult to get a prescription. Everything is scanned by a computer and they can’t include any human elements to get things fixed. It’s just how the system work.

Our order for medicine for our cat was cancelled supposedly because of inability to contact my vet. My vet had signed off on it 28 days earlier. The customer service rep told us it was actually because we had entered an invalid name. I checked, nope. We had entered the correct name. We received zero emails or notifications. She clearly was just looking for excuses.. I am not fond of customer service that doesn't acknowledge the issue is their fault and try to suggest it is the customer's fault, even when it is not. I would recommend using ANY provider other than this one when purchasing medicine for your cat.

My order was received two days earlier than expected. I appreciate that my kitty was able to receive this in a timely manner. This order was placed by my vet and delivered to me. Thank you.

SLOW to ship medication our dog needs NOW! A week after ordering medication that our veterinarian authorized, the order remains in "Fulfillment" and still hasn't been shipped. I contacted their customer service and rep Bianca checked the status of our order and said there's no reason why it shouldn't be shipped today. Of course it was NOT shipped that same day. So, we continue to wait for this medication to arrive, while our dog continues to suffer. We will NEVER use Vet Source again and that's a promise!!! 😡

I’ve had to order 3 medications through them in the last 2 months at a new vet - they’ve mess up 2 of them. The first order was completely lost, leaving my severely allergic dog stuck taking allergy pills *with her allergens in them* trying to hold her over until the correct pills arrived. Now, they’ve cancelled my other dog’s anti-inflammatories, which, without, her spinal injury flares so badly she literally can’t use her back legs. Oh, and I’d called them literally the day before to see what the hold up was with that medication and they told me everything was peachy. Only to cancel the next day. Apparently, trust pilot doesn’t allow cursing, so use your own imagination to picture the language I’ve had to remove.

Medication shipment delayed, customer service not helpful. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

Absolute disaster. My dog's medication went to the wrong address and I caught it before it left their facility but they were absolutely no help resolving the issue. They offered to send the auto ship a month early. That doesn't help me for the next two months on top of being out almost $100. I'm pissed at my vet clinic for using this trash company. Makes me want to find a different vet.
