I had some questions about billing and credit card payments, I was actually hesitant to call because I thought it would be a long drawn out confusing process. It was exactly the opposite. Quick, easy, and efficient. I am so happy I chose this EHR.

The agent who helped me this morning was an absolute angel! She made the process of figuring out why my claim was being denied so easy. She took the time to research everything and discovered that the payer ID had changed within the past two weeks, which was the reason my claim kept getting denied.
