Autumn was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions, and I appreciated her willingness to explain things in an unhurried manner. She took the time to guide me through how to resolve an issue, and identified a possible solution for a customizable intake packet option, which would be very helpful for preventing unwanted documents (such as the AI consent form) from being included or sent to clients (for clinicians who are not consenting to use AI with clients). I greatly appreciated Autumn's support, and am hoping that we are able to get a customizable intake packet option.

I’ve been a therapist for a lot of years. I’ve used several EHR providers but I have to say that TherapyNotes is by far the best! From simplified form fill, to available online assessments, integrated billing and credit card processing, it’s the all in one platform. Their customer service is excellent: they respond quickly and are always helpful. 5 stars plus!
