Good warranty and replacement of defective units. After some information and photos of the defective items given to Svakom, they sent me new replacement units with no hassle. Even covered some import taxes that our mail company gave me when the packages came to the country, that is good service!

I am from south africa and had an awesome experience in replacing a faulty unit after the assessment was done to state the unit qualifies for replacement it was sent of in 2 days. the only thing I would advice south africans is to pa the extra cost for delivery through dhl or buffelo or any curier as it took a while for customs to relieve it and a while for the SA post office to get it to a office I could pick up at. overall I live te products and hope that The future has me getting a variety of goodies. thank you SWAKOM for a awesome service and makingme a happy girl again.

I contacted the company for help after losing my charging cord. I purchased a new cord but it would not fit. After much back and forth, I ended up ruining my toy and to the garbage it went. They offered to send me a new toy which used a different charging method free of charge. What was a terrible situation turned into a great situation! The new toy is wonderful and the magnetic charging cord is so much better than the pinhole. Thanks for the great customer service!
