I had an issue with my SVAKOM Tulip and filled in the warranty form at their website. Emily, from the customer service, was super helpful and fast in providing a solution which was a replacement. The shipment was very fast as well and arrived within a tight timeframe that I had to receive because I was about to go on vacation. Overall, the warranty process was straightforward and the customer service is great! I totally recommend.

Slow responses and a frustrating customer service experience Dealing with SVAKOM customer service has been exhausting. Getting substantive answers required repeated follow-ups, and the lengthy back-and-forth left me feeling that my concerns were not being addressed. I was particularly disappointed when they initially made their proposed resolution conditional on removing my negative Trustpilot review. They later acknowledged my offer to update it after the matter was resolved, but that initial request undermined my confidence in their approach. In my experience, their service has been slow, difficult to navigate, and far more time-consuming than it should have been. I expected clearer communication and a more responsive effort to resolve my complaint.

I had an issue with my SVAKOM Jordan and contacted customer service about a warranty replacement. Emily was helpful throughout the process and responded quickly whenever I provided the information they needed. After I sent a short video showing the problem, they approved the replacement, confirmed my shipping information, and provided tracking once it shipped. The replacement arrived successfully and everything has been working well. Overall, the warranty process was straightforward and I was very happy with the customer service.

Svakom is a good company with qualitative products. I've hade technical issues with one of their product but the support was reactive and replaced it when needed.

Update to my original review: After two Benedict failures and a disputed warranty denial, SVAKOM offered a complimentary replacement with a different model, with no return required. Their initial offer was conditional on removing my negative Trustpilot review. They later acknowledged my proposal to update the review after receiving and testing the replacement. I explained that I already own the Winni 2 and Tyler, WHICH ARE STILL IN THE BOX AND NOT USED SO I CANT WVEN REVIEW THEM YET so the proposed alternatives were similar to products I already have. For that reason, I requested the TRIOOO Silicone C^ck Ring VERY CHEAP(29.99) Set alongside the Tammy as a goodwill gesture. SVAKOM declined to include the set. I appreciate the replacement offer, but I have not accepted the Tammy alone as a satisfactory resolution. The matter remains unresolved. Overall, I have found SVAKOM extremely difficult to work with on this warranty claim. Responses have been slow, and reaching this point has required repeated follow-ups and lengthy exchanges. After two product failures, I expected a more straightforward and timely resolution. The drawn-out process has left me disappointed in both the product’s reliability and the company’s warranty support. This is in response to their response: I also find it concerning that SVAKOM's public response completely omits an important detail of our correspondence. On October 12, SVAKOM explicitly made its replacement offer conditional on removing my negative Trustpilot review. I refused that condition and instead offered to update my review after receiving and testing a satisfactory replacement. SVAKOM subsequently acknowledged that arrangement. These facts are documented in our email correspondence. I believe prospective customers deserve to know that the company initially attempted to make warranty assistance conditional on removing an unfavorable public review. October 12, 2026 — SVAKOM's original condition SVAKOM wrote: "One condition… kindly remove your negative review on Trustpilot once we proceed with the replacement." They also wrote: "We also appreciate your willingness to update your Trustpilot review after receiving the replacement and confirming that it works properly."

Based on the photographic evidence reviewed during our assessment, the damage to the products appeared consistent with improper use rather than a manufacturing defect. Nevertheless, we wanted to find a constructive way forward and offered a complimentary replacement with a different model, without requiring the original products to be returned. We understand that you had hoped for a different resolution, including an additional TRIOO Silicone C*ck Ring and Tammy product. While we appreciate you sharing your preferences, we were unable to accommodate these additional requests beyond the replacement offer. We are sorry that, despite our efforts to find a solution, we have not been able to bring this matter to a conclusion that fully meets your expectations. I saw a lot of negative reviews on Svakom. When I first bought it, I thought it’ll be bad, even considering cancelling the order at that time. The product itself is really great compared to the price. It is a premium feel. (there are also good discount codes). The unboxing experience for me was unreal, not sure if they did that with old products. Lovely.
