The product we received didn’t work initially, so we reached out to the company. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Ultimately, they sent a new unit which seems to be functioning appropriately.

I have had to replace my product 2 times because of defects, and the 3rd time they even offered to let me choose a different one, since my model kep breaking. They go above and beyond to be helful and satisfy your customer needs. Highly recommend.

Product is okay but way overpriced for what it does

I purchased a defected product that it wasn't working or charging and they provided a new one as of DOA effect. Thank you very much for the understanding, keep up the good work.
