I am really pleased about my Sauna. It helps my wife and I greatly with our health issues and handling this Covid issue. Being able to have good blood flow, restful sleep at night, and perspiring to release some of the minerals in the body is being greatly assisted. Your delivery and installation instructions were so simple. Thank you All.

The process of buying the sauna was seamless and the delivery was timely and the sauna was packaged well. The reason for 4 stars is the directions. We had to completely take the sauna apart and put the door on first, which is the only way for it to go to together, however, the directions say put it on last. I realize the manufacturer prints these, but I think that Sun Valley Saunas could pick up a little slack and put in an amended insert or a link to youtube video or something. We still don't have the monitor hooked up because we can't figure out how to make it work. it does not work by following the directions, so if someone could reach out and explain, I am sure it is something simple, that would be great.

Our sauna purchase from Sun Valley Saunas was easy and straightforward. Wes answered a question I had over email promptly. Their product availability and pricing is better than other companies. What I wanted was in stock, shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging of the panels and attachment to the shipping pallet was very well done. We're extremely happy with our purchase and our sauna gets used almost everyday.

Just got it but will have to wait til spring to put it up because lots of snow. Will find out then. Excited to see and use.

We LOVE our sauna!!! It’s even better than I ever thought it would be! Only recommendation I would have is for the instructions to also be in English.

Sun Valley Saunas was great to work with. We communicated before I placed my order via email and the online chat. I was able to order a sauna and get it delivered in about 10 days. The tracking information is a little hard to follow and one day the sauna just showed up. It was well packaged and relatively easy to assemble. I had already printed instructions online which I’m glad I did because the ones that came with the sauna were in French!

We have greatly enjoyed our sauna. We were able to assemble it, with two people, in about 2 hours. We did have to have an electrician add a circuit to power it, but had this done in advance.

The Sauna has been great. So easy to put together and such a wonderful treat each day to sit in.
