Sun Valley SaunasReviews of sunvalleysaunas.com

Easy ordering with a 1-week delivery from coast-to-coast. Good and fast communication when needed with Sun Valley as well as with the sauna manufacturer. The build quality was excellent and the parts fitted together very easily. The 2-person sauna is proving to be very enjoyable and good for my body, and mind. Really pleased with the overall purchase of the Maxxus Seattle, especially with the lack of sales tax to PA! 👍

Haven’t received our order yet. The owner did offer us a discount. At this point we’re in a “wait and see” phase. We cannot for the life of us understand this response from the owner. He offered us a discount and then after we accepted he wants to cancel our order. The entire experience has been nuts. All we wanted was some help with our order. We’re still waiting for our order. Hopefully it will arrive after the new year. Fingers crossed. Update: our shipment did arrive almost 3 weeks later. The owner still has not made good on his offer to give us any of our money back. It’s just disappointing to work with a company that doesn’t value its own word. Their website clearly states 5 to 7 days for delivery, and that’s the main reason we chose them.

The parts do not fit completely and require fabrication.

We ordered our 2 person sauna and even with the holidays it came pretty quickly, was easy enough to set up and we all are enjoying it!

Sun Valley comes across as a family operation but at the same time with the efficiency of a giant company--the good kind. We were amazed at the relative speed with which we got our sauna, and the deal was very good. Everything about the sauna itself was top notch too, including, e.g. extra screws just in case there was a miscount. I always appreciate that touch--have you ever come up one short?? Packaging was perfectly protective. First Class!

Online chat was very responsive even during my early research into what stove I wanted. I had all kinds of questions and Wes always either found me an answer or simply said he did not know instead of making something up. The order did take longer than the website said to arrive but given the time of year I ordered (November-December) I understand. I noticed the Harvia M3 I ordered did ship from someplace other than Sun Valley Saunas but it was still cheaper from Sun Valley Saunas than I could have purchased anywhere else. This was my first experience dealing with Sun Valley and am always leery when dealing with businesses online especially with unusual items like sauna stoves. Overall the experience was rather smooth and our questions were always answered in a timely manner from before purchase until after arrival of stove. My Harvia M3 arrived on a small pallet packaged very secure. Make sure to coordinate with the company for delivery especially if you live where it is hard to get a bigger truck to deliver as in our case. I do not anticipate on making another purchase again soon but will definitely keep this company in mind when I do.

We has purchased this to be an outdoor sauna, but it is not built for outdoors in New England. Since we found a space to bring it inside, it is working for us. This was not a luxury item, it was purchased for health issues. And it is working as it should be. Quick arrival. But for some reason the driver would not come up our driveway, so we had to move it from the bottom of our driveway to the house. He could have gone around the back of our house, but didn't think he could with his truck.

The team at Sun Valley Saunas is a pleasure to work with. They were very quick and helpful when I had a couple of questions. I'd definitely buy from them again!
