Hi Lora, I'm so glad to hear you're happy with our stair parts! We truly appreciate your business and your kind words. Once the job is complete, I’d love it if you could send over a photo—we’d be proud to show it off! Thanks again, Shawn
I like the quality of the product (9/16 round balusters), and most especially the very low cost. Your balusters beat HD prices.

For my newel post, stair rail and iron baluster replacement project our first order was a little rough. The wood products came in good condition but most of the iron balusters were scratched, dented, bent and unusable. I am so grateful that I got in contact with Marilyn because she truly saved my order. She patiently listened to the problem that I had, provided a good reason as to why it happened and reordered and shipped all of the iron balusters and shoes back to me at no charge. She also stuck with me until I received everything at my home and I was able to inventory and inspect everything. Marilyn truly understands the concept of customer service and making company mistakes, right. Stair Warehouse is extremely lucky to have someone like Marilyn on their team!!!

The balustrades arrived well packaged. The few that we looked at are beautiful. The direction for installation on the website are very specific and helped alot when we installed a practice piece. For redoing an entire staircase entryway $950 is a steal.
