Stair WarehouseReviews of stairwarehouse.com

Shawn was very helpful and thorough with the design and overall buying experience. We shared a picture and he worked with us in specifying the materials.

Great product reasonably priced. Easy to order and delivery was seemless.

We have purchased multiple times through Stair Warehouse for our home renovation. In our latest project of redoing our covered porch, we wanted to put up matching wooden pool cue spindles and placed another order for more spindles. The same day we found an entire unused box of 50 spindles from our interior renovation. We immediately contacted Stair Warehouse to see if we could lower the number of spindles in our order and they personally called us to confirm our order change and refunded us immediately. Amazing customer service!

After a rough start with damaged items and return costs, I reached out to Stair Warehouse. Shawn personally took care of the situation, stayed in touch with me, and made sure I was refunded fully — even the return shipping. It's rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its customers. I really appreciate the honesty and follow-through. Thanks for turning a negative into a very positive experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Reyna & Marylin, both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding support for a home owner and novice builder. Can not thank you enough, you both made this redesign much easier. Louie S

So thrilled that I found this company! They really sped up my staircase project with supplying a kit to attach pickets to stair treads without having to drill them out! Thanks!
