I find it very difficult to understand the people in customer service. I have used Spring Hill for many years my garden plants. This year the service and quality of the plants has been less then attiquite. I have misgivings about future purchases.

Bulb arrived yesterday looking healthy & ready for planting later today. When spring gets here I hope to enjoy my purchase!!

I have been waiting since 9/8/26, six weeks, for order number SO00079678, and I have been told by your sales department that my order of twelve plants will not arrive until middle of November which will be nine to ten weeks. We have now had three nights in a row of below freezing temperatures. How do you expect baby plants to get a healthy start and get established when ground temperatures are below freezing. Please send me your guarantee in writing and signed by your CEO. I have a feeling I will need to utilize your guarantee next Spring. George E Schlereth

Half of the plant were dried out all the way through the roots. I sent a message with pictures. NO ONE responded to me.

After ordering 2 Annabelle Hydrangeas online, I was excited and surprised. It is Oct.and thought I better dig my holes before a hard freeze comes. 3 days later they arrived. The boxes (2) were about 4' tall, 18" wd. I thought I was getting a root. But I got 2 Huge potted plants with branches 4' tall. Very nice Spring Hill, I'll be back for sure!!!

I ordered plants back in the spring. I planted them, and they all died. They gave me a replacement certificate, and I finally got the replacements, and most of them have died. I am trying to use the replacement certificate they gave me for the second batch. It is seeming like I wasted my money. What I want is a refund. I am tired of replanting.

I have been buying from spring hil for probably bout 20 yrs. Or so. I landscaped my previous home thru spring hil and not that I have downsized I am starting all over. Very satisfied I don’t have to go store to store.
