1. Ordered 11 April,out of two items. 2. All appearances are they will not refund on the two items in a timely manner, if at all. 3. Made four calls in two months about the status of a refund. 4. I expect to receive when I order in the Spring, it will ship in the Spring. I received the completed order June 25th. In my extensive experiences with numerous businesses ,this Nursery is unprofessional. All indications point to a business that does not desire return customers. Based on what I've witnessed with businesses that take this kind of approach, they either go out of business or get bought out. Again, AVOID!

Decent nursery, good prices, excellent selection, ships when they say they will. I've mostly ordered bulbs from them and have had excellent survival rates. Was very pleased with customer service when a 3" pot order came in with 2 out of 5 plants withered, they shipped out a full replacement order of 5 plants. I've ordered from them multiple time and will continue to do so.

When my order arrived late and damaged I was issued a replacement certificate Why would I use it? It took two weeks to ship my order!

Ordered Iris and Day Lilies last spring to be shipped this fall. The Iris arrived dead. They had been out of the ground so long the leaves were brittle dry and the roots dry and broken. Contacted them, they sent replacement order in pretty much the same condition. The Day Lilies arrived so bad I had to "hunt" to figure out the tops from the bottoms. You will never see a refund for bad stock, you won't get shipping credits, or taxes. Credits only continue to force you to buy from them until you give up.

I've received great items, in particular named Iris and Daylilies that were really value-priced and chunky.

A really bad online nursery. Order arrives late and peace meal with most plants arriving dead. The alive ones are tiny, sickly and many arrive as tiny roots in a plastic bag. Tried their customer service and got nowhere. I would advise people to go to another established online nursery if you want healthy, large plants for the same amount of money. I wasted several hundred dollars with them. Never again

Received small sickly plants. Took months to receive my order and it was sent in piecemeal. The quality of plants is lacking compared to every other online nursery I have ordered from
