Nature Hills Nursery is America's largest online plant nursery, family-owned and operated since 2001. We sell trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, fruit trees, and ornamental grasses, with more than 3,000 varieties to choose from, and we ship directly to gardeners across the United States.Every plant we sell is nursery-grade, grown to a size that's ready to establish in your landscape. Orders ship on a zone-matched schedule, so your plants arrive when it's safe to put them in the ground where you live. Our Plant Sentry™ system checks each order against state and federal agricultural regulations, which means you'll never receive a plant that can't legally or safely grow in your area. Our Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every plant for 45 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, you choose the remedy: a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Most nurseries offer replacements only.In 2025, Nature Hills came under new management and rebuilt how orders move from the nursery to your door. We now work with a smaller group of high-quality growing partners to reduce shipping errors, and we added a dedicated customer support team that answers by email and phone. If anything isn't right with your order, reach out and we'll help you resolve it.We also publish planting guides, care instructions, and buying advice written by people who grow plants for a living. Whether you're planting your first privacy hedge or adding to a mature garden, we'll help you plant with confidence.

The ordering process is really simple. I had a lot of questions after my order regarding shipping and I was always answered in a timely manner with the answers to the questions I had. My tree arrived, healthy, and happy.

I received my plants and put them in pots with good fresh planting soil that would feed them throughout the winter and plant them in my flower beds next spring. But both plants died. I emailed and explained my experience asking if I did something wrong. They quickly replied after I sent photos of my dead plants and asked if I wanted a refund or new plants. I definitely want new plants. I have received both and they are doing well. I'm very pleased with the service and especially my new Butterfly bush and dianthus. Looking forward to spring and loads of beautiful blooming plants. I do recommend nature Hills. They stand behind their products.

Nature Hill’s Katie and Angie were great support. UPS sent my first order to the far corners of the United States and back again. They worked with me. Sent some more plants. Gave advice on getting them back into shape. Even sent more plants. Thank you…..😊

Hi John, While UPS certainly took your plants on an unexpected cross-country road trip, we are so glad our team could jump in and make things right. Your patience and great attitude through all the detour drama meant the world to us! Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback and for trusting Nature Hills with your garden. Thanks again - Nature Hills Customer Support
