I ordered four plants and fertilizer. Two weeks later Sping Hill said the plants were out of stock and cancelled that part of my order but still shipped the fertilizer (even though I replied to their email saying I didn't want only the fertilizer). Why would a company advertise plants were available on their website but later say they weren't???? Very poor customer service!

Have not received my order and it’s been weeks!

Ordered two plants in Jan 2026. Was informed that they would be shipped out forthwith. Then received email stating that the ship would be delayed. This happened repeatedly (my mistake as one of the emails asked if I wanted a refund and I thought I might as well wait for the shipment as several months had gone by and thought I would still shortly receive the plant). So I received the two azaleas in a four inch pot - one was dead. I asked for a refund of the dead azalea and was advised that this was not an option. I asked that the plant be replaced, and what happens, on back order with the plant now to be shipped in Nov or Dec 2027. Never ever order again from Spring Hill Nurseries. Should just stick with local nurseries. Shop local healthy plants. So disappointed in this company. So, if you are ever informed that the item is backordered, just ask for a refund.

I never got it. I called a few times. I have 2 addresses 47 Red Oak which the mail will deliver. Then 460 Collin’s St unit 47 RedOak which will come up on a GPS but just 47 Red Oak won’t. I just found this out recently. I asked Spring Hill to just call FedEx with the tracking# and gave them the phone # but your people said NO.

They are asking me to rate them when I have not received my order! Is this an indication that it is not coming?

I placed an order going on 3 months ago. I got an email a couple weeks ago that they weren't shipping. Any of my items but they sent the fertilizer and charged me for it, even though they never sent me any plants that are supposed to go with it.. They have yet to refund me or do anything. Would not order from this company ever again or do any business with them. And when you call to speak to someone, it is not someone here. And all they keep telling you is, well. I will send a message well. I will send a message, so just to let you know. Customer service is not customer service.
