Spring Hill NurseriesReviews of springhillnursery.com

I was having a hard time finding the color and type of plant I wanted I was able to get it there. I wanted it for fall planting, and it was shipped within a week of me ordering and arrived in plenty of time for me to plant. 4 inch pots arrived and perfect condition still moist and very healthy. I was very pleased with my purchased as this was the first time I've ordered something via Mail. I live on the West Coast in Oregon. I wasn't sure how they would end up arriving, but they were perfect. Not a drop of soil was spilled and the plants were in perfect condition. Thank you.

Pleasant speaking people. Your plants are absolutely beautiful. The service was great and the plant arrived intact.

I placed an order for three different plants on 8/14. Then I placed a further order on 10/4, at which point I discovered that the earlier order was on back-order—the first I had heard anything about that. Again silence, and some while later I looked up my account and found that the second order was also on back-order. By then it was really too late in the fall to successfully plant the particular plants in my orders. On Oct. 10 a phone representative told me I could cancel any order that was not yet shipped , and confirmed that neither of these orders was expected to ship before late November—out of the question for my zone. I therefore asked that both orders be cancelled. They promptly refunded the money for the earlier of the orders and promised a refund for the second within 2-3 business days, which did not happen. A week later the second order arrived—which the representative had assured me would not be sent until late November. No refund arrived for that order. I planted the plants, but we were already having deep-freeze nights and I have no expectations that they will survive as they need to be in the ground 4-6 weeks before the first hard freeze. All of this is unacceptable. If they put something on back-order, they should alert you. If they offer to send a refund, they should send it. And customer service needs to coordinate with the order fulfillment people. I am a repeat customer who rarely says "never," but I'll think twice before ordering anything again from Spring Hill.

What was advertised was actually in stock, and was delivered at a reasonable price in a reasonable time frame. Fabulous.

This is the first time I have ordered from Springhill in a very long time. I received my order (sunflower plants) much quicker than I expected. I followed all the directions for planting. I am really hoping that my plants survive. I will be anxious next spring to see and let you know how I came out.

Bulbs arrived on time and in perfect shape.

Plants came swiftly and in great condition. Loved the selection!

Significant number of yellow leaves on rose and the size of the lilac was disappointing. The dappled willow was fine.
