I stumbled upon this by accident, and it’s made my work so much easier. It’s simple to use and from my experience very fast too (definitely a lot faster than it was doing it all by myself!), and there’s very few edits I’ve had to make to the final transcript so overall a great tool! Customer service has also been really friendly.
