Excellent! It was a very helpful tool to transcribe the interviews for my Capstone Project.

I found Sonix to be an excellent online transcription service with features that were better than the service I was using before (Temi). I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a low cost way to do transcriptions of interviews and other recordings.
