The automatic audio-to-text matching is absolutely brilliant! I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered such an excellent text transcription website, particularly its ability to automatically match audio and video with text to generate ideal subtitles – it's simply marvellous! The speed and accuracy are truly outstanding. That's the best part. However, the downside is that it's rather expensive. I believe this new era of AI should benefit more people, and the practicality and convenience of the products should also take into account users' purchasing power, not just commercial interests. Of course, if you feel the cost is manageable, that's perfectly fine. But considering the direction the world is heading, it should take into account people everywhere. Moreover, the complimentary usage is limited to just 30 minutes, and it is available only once in a lifetime – not three times daily as one might expect. It is a great pity.

Excellent transcription in French (Canada)

I had an audio file containing Swedish danish and Norwegian language. The system did a nice transcription however, it decided that the language was Swedish. The Swedish transcription was excellent however, the Danish and Norwegian had some manual corrections to be done afterwards. would be great if you could ask the transcription to be translated into English right away instead of going via Google translate

Highly recommended if you need a decent transcription software (esp. when working in English).

I need transcripts to quickly scan the content of videos and prepare essential material for meetings/events, I do not use them as transcripts as such. Sonix is great for this. The accuracy is pretty good, although it can struggle a bit with foreign accents. The pricing is very fair, the turn around is quick and their interface is really easy to navigate. I found the transcript editor really well designed.

About 85-90% accurate but great at getting the gist of conversations across multiple languages.

Platform is very good for automated transcription. I tried to transcribe a file using other platforms too but result was not as expected whereas on sonix results were good. I would recommend sonix for transcription.
