I was quite impressed with the site and the customer service. I checked prices on pretty much every service and this this one had the easiest interface, clearest pricing, and actually the best prices as well. The other sites really put me off a lot with deceptive "up to x%" cash back schemes that made it impossible to know what the real cost is. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I had trouble getting the booking to process so I used the instant message help desk. Even though it was not during business hours a helpful rep picked it up and sorted it out for me, which included calling me in Japan. That was such a great help.
