Patti Hernandez is terrific. We have been using her services for years and always find her to be professional,knowledgeable and very patient. We tried a travel club for a couple of years but found incentives from Smart Cruiser to be the best.

Excellent customer service from travel agent Patti Hernandez. She is always professional and extremely knowledgeable. Smartcruiser also has great prices and best incentive to book with them. I've been a customer over 15years.

Our travel agent Kin Tuchek was knowledgeable. She knew all the ins and outs of our Alaska Cruise. This woman is so personable and fun to work with. She has great communication skills. Also quick to response to any question we had!

I have a great travel agent, Patti, with SmartCruiser. She has handled every weird thing I have come up with. It always works out and she goes above and beyond, even when I am being dense. I booked a shore excursion and then the stop at that port was canceled by the cruise line. I called in a panic and the customer service person was terrific (sorry I can't remember her name). I have nothing but high praise for the SmartCruiser personnel who have taken care of me.

I have yet to receive a receipt of final payment for the September 16th Carnival Cruise from NYC to Bermuda.
