I have really enjoyed working with Kim Tuchek. So far I have 3 bookings with Kim. She has provided stellar, fun, friendly, professional service at all times. She responds to my emails promptly, I found out even from home after her shift - that is fantastic service! I appreciated her fun, friendly demeanor when we spoke on the phone also. Not to mention she helped us save $1300.00 on an upcoming sailing, even preserving the exact cabin that was so import to us. I will be recommending all my friends to contact her for any future cruise needs. I have taken 14 cruises over 4 years and will be booking more with smart cruiser in the future because of the fantastic service received from Kim.
