they are ok, need to work on there customer service skills, don't feel that valued..

Dealing with Smart Cruiser was good. We had a little snaffo with the prepaid gratitudes but our agent handled it for us. We would definitely be using them again.

Good prices, agents very helpful. My only complaint is that there is no advantage to using them as a regular travel agent, it's only price based. If they really wanted to keep customers they would give some discounts to those who are repeat customers. I have booked with them many times and they have never offered me anything extra, like upgrades or discounts.

I found Smart Cruiser and have never used any other company. My agent Patti Hernandez is so professional and enjoyable to work with, it makes traveling a stress free event. I feel Patti gets me the best deals that are available.
