The person bob who helped me he is very nice and very knowledgeable, he checks all the things and tells u every single thing what we need to know about the cruise . He has a good customer service. I am happy that he was the one who had to help me with my booking and going forward I will always call him for any booking I would need in future .

Always available for advice! We have been using Smart Cruiser for over 10 years for about 2 cruises a year. Their arrangements are impeccable, their bonuses are great. For both ocean and river cruises, we would never book any other way.
