I had never had an issue with an order until the holidays and USPS delivered my package opened and missing an item. One email later the problem was solved and I never had to do anything else, knowing that I had just experienced TRUE Customer Service. Had a small issue with my order and they responded within minutes. Offered me more than one choice to resolve the issue, which was very convenient for me. Will order from them again as my Holland Lop is FINALLY eating all his hay.

I was wondering how safe keeping my credit card on file with SPS was, they reassured me that there are numerous protection that secure all my info. Good because my guinea pigs deserve the best hay and that's what they get from SPS

Small Pet Select is my favorite source for all things small pet! I have yet to have a bad experience in the 3 years I have been purchasing pet supplies from them. Whether you need hay, habitat supplies, or even supplements and treatments, they have it all! Their customer service is always spot on, and they make managing my pet supplies easy. I highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering from Small Pet Select. I purchased the woodland loop treats, seagrass bowl, willow ball and meadow spiral chew. The shipping was incredibly speedy, and the package included hand written notes from all of the employees. They even included a tumblr with my name on it! I am incredibly impressed with this company and my hamster, Pancake, will be receiving more of their products in the future.
