SkinnyRxReviews of skinnyrx.com

Was very quick and easy to get my email changed. Dodie was awesome and friendly.

Ericka made my package delay a quick resolve. She made sure to check with the pharmacy to make sure the medicine was still effective. This is my second interaction with customer service and they are truly client focused.

Very kind & personable

Aimee B helped me come up with a plan that works for me and my finances. Glad to be able to stay on a health journey that works and make a way to keep on working on myself. Aimee B made that happen and she was kind, helpful, and very prompt!

I had a great experience with every part of Skinny RX. From weight management to financial questions to just really being able to ask questions with providers. When I was ready to cancel, Veronica helped ensure the process went smoothly!

Took these meds for almost a year and actually gained a few pounds. Even at the highest dosage, my appetite had not decreased. I don't believe the medication quality to be good, as I had success with another provider in the past.

The only good thing about this company good customer service their app is free its very easy to navigate...as far as their medication for losing weight, which I use there injection tirzepatide the one month I didn't lose but 3 lbs for the whole month was gonna renew the hell with that waste of money...so I going back to ivim health price is higher and i hate paying just to have their app 74$ is alot ...but they medication really works so bye skinny rx 💪

Well, skinny RX reached out to me after my first post on trust pilot about the bad experience I had. I talked at length with one of the representatives the first person I’d actually talk to from skinny RX. I explained that they sent me a box full of pills and numbered vials and that there was no follow up no communication between skinny RX and me after they sent the pills no doctor asking me how I was no nurse following up with me. No communication at all. I’m not sure that taking those pills was a good idea. Nothing happened. I wonder if they were for hair growing or something else instead of GLP one I guess I’ll never know Manny had no answers when he asked me what I should say to upper management I said refund and he said it says the first time you’re asking for a refund and I said this is the first time I’m talking to anybody and skinny are acting Nanny at which point he read from a card that once the pills are sent, the prices are locked and some other nonsense that had nothing to do with whatever happened please for the love of God don’t do business with skinny RX. They’re not reputable and there’s no telling what they’re gonna send you. They sent more lip service. 9/29. Run away!
