Order led my medication last night but then decided to switch from oral to injectables this morning. Waited less than a minute for a customer service rep and Jennalyn was amazing. She was able to cancel to oral prescription replace it with the injectable one and issue a refund for the difference. Overall great experience so far!

Absolutely awful customer support. No one has called me back or replied to any of the online support chat. It’s been 2 days, multiple follow up messages… no reply. Terrible experience and have been unable to get any help whatsoever

Getting medication was easy for the last year and making any adjustments to the dosage as well. Providers were helpful and Veronica made canceling my subscription easy.
