I was looking for a safe source of Dandelion Root. What I had been purchasing from two organic emphasized grocers I had later discovered that the source of their product came from China where there products are not regulated.... I am notifying these grocers of your company. Thank you so much.

I'm grateful to find a farm that produces quality herbs. Their turn around time was incredible especially in light of their rebuilding phase.

Good morning, My only complaint is the price of the shipping. Your herbs are fresh, potent and well packed. I’m certain I will purchase from you again, however, I must wait until I have a few items to buy because of the price of the shipping. I’m not sure if you are familiar with pirate ship. It is a shipping site that gives you much better prices on UPS and USPS rates. Being a business, I’m not sure if it’s something that you would be willing to use, but it’s worth looking into. There is one other issue I had. The day I placed my order I wanted to add something else after paying for it. I was not able to call to add to it and I received no response through email. I did not want to go through the trouble of canceling then re-ordering So if there is a a better way to communicate, please let me know. I’m aware of the trouble you’ve been having and I’m sure that had something to do with the communication issue. I pray that you get back on your feet quickly. Thank you for providing the much needed herbs that are often hard to find. You gained a new customer - I didn’t know about your farm until the fire - I hope I’m not the only one. Until next time, take care. Andrea
