I like these much more than THC sleep gummies because they don’t give you a dry mouth and I don’t feel groggy in the morning as I did with THC based ones.

I’m getting better deep sleep and better REM sleep. Overall still not sleeping through the night but wake up feeling good. I take two at bedtime. My husband takes one and he’s been doing better as well. Still not complete nights sleep but improving. We’ll keep taking and see how it goes. It’s definitely part of our routine.

For months following my surgery, I would have enough pain to wake me up repeatedly overnight. It was so frustrating. Doctors don’t hand out sleeping pills & none of the usual OTC sleep aids worked. In desperation I went to a local dispensary & they were kind enough to teach me about CBN. I started a CBN/THC product which worked well even if I didn’t need the THC.
