Helps me fall asleep but doesn't help me stay asleep
I have been taking them for a couple of weeks. They do help me fall asleep but I wake up almost every night in the middle of the night. I am up for a short time so it does help me fall back to sleep and I am not groggy when I wake up in the morning. Just wish you would help me sleep throughout the night rather than waking up in the middle of the night and have a disturbed sleep
