Skinny RX sent my needles-overnight from the pharmacy.

Latest customer service agent Jimmabelle who I spoke with was very polite and helpful so giving higher rating as result. In general though there is a very long delay in getting responses back particularly if you have questions to address. The chat function in the app is pretty useless for that reason, takes many days to get a response. Better if you call them directly. They can also sometimes take a very long time to refill medication causing gaps in coverage. Most recently they cancelled it in error and I had to start all over again with intake forms etc. The clinical team is not the most helpful in general.

Aira helped me with cancelling but I only had a 1 month subscription. I just ordered it today. I just don’t know if I trust this site and the medication.

I gave a three stars because I was told I would be on hold for only 1 to 2 minutes and then I was on hold for 12 at the end and also I’ve been a customer of this organization before and use the product and now that I have to go through the circle, I went through to do it all over again. Nobody can confirm with me that I wouldn’t be charged a two grant upfront. I wanted the monthly payment and I’ve answered all the questions before that I answered even when I updated my profile I still answered the same questions so I have to do it all over again twice. It’s kind of a pain in the butt. I just hope going forward the stuff actually gets shipped to me and I can keep using the product. Also, I had to go through three different people in an email that kept confirm confirming they got my email and told me to respond and I did and I still got no answer and then when I called I was told we don’t have a record of me talking to three different people so that’s not right either.

Customer Service was great! Onboarding was a little confusing at first, with vague timelines and processing detail given in scripted answers, but I was able to ask enough questions to understand when to expect my first dosage once prescribed. Contact was minimal in my 6 month bundle, but I had no issues as I was familiar with the side effects and injection process. I don't think my updates were actually read because by month 5, I said I had lost no weight and was actually NOT taking the medicine as prescribed and got no feedback; just my final dosage in the mail. The worst part is that I thought I signed up for a 6 month, one time bundle but today I got an email saying I had been charged for another!! Marie on the phone handled my upset and impatient conversation very well (Thank you - I'm sorry I directed my anger at you!) and despite repeated statements that no refund was likely, she escalated and documented our conversation well enough that I was able to both cancel the membership that I never signed up for and get a full refund processed. I'm not sure that I missed the fine print - I'm normally pretty good about catching that - but I did not see any emails to notify me this was coming, but I did get a text asking for an update in the app, so I logged in and was again unable to see anything showing I was being charged again or it was an automatic renewal so I figured I was just being paranoid. I didn't want to call anyone; I just wanted to see and make any changes to my account if I saw it was needed and couldn't see anything. Very thankful that Marie was able to get this resolved for me. Feedback to the company would be to be more clear in your scripts about onboarding timelines (processing, preparation time is included in the vague statements but is never clear; just says shipment before any tracking would even be available). Also, if you are going to ask for updates, please actually READ those. I see a lot of confused users online also...felt kind of isolated despite attempts at using technology to connect. Finally, be absolutely clear that if I sign up for one 6 month bundle, it will automatically renew unless I take action - I don't think I ever saw that in writing.

Semaglutide helped me to lose weight for a long time and when things were going well there was no issue, everything was automated. When I started gaining weight again after my dose started to be lowered, I tried emailing and calling SEVERAL times to speak to someone. I even scheduled appointments for someone to call me back and was told someone would call me and I heard nothing. Instead, they just sent my next shipment. I got tired of calling and being put on hold forever and not feeling heard. When I called to cancel my subscription (since you can't just cancel it online), they tried to put me on hold to speak to someone else (I'm guessing a salesperson) and I said, no way. You couldn't help me after I tried to reach out multiple times, multiple ways. I'm going somewhere else.

Phil was great and got my subscription canceled. I never got to try their rx because they wanted a dr note from an ulcer I had 10 years ago. And when I asked my Dr she said she would send it to Lilly direct for the same cost and is also FDA approved. She wouldn't give them the dr note they wanted. Thanks Phil for making this more painless.

Skinny RX charges too much and they didn’t supply me with enough needles to administer my shots. I received 3 months supply, and am now short several needles. When I called their customer service about receiving more needles, they said because I am past the one month mark of receiving the original shipment, there was nothing they could do for me. I don’t know how I am supposed to know if I have enough supply until I ran out which of course is going to be towards the end of 3 months. They were not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this company. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Because of this review, they finally agreed to send me the remaining needles. I wish it didn’t take me writing this review to get them to do what was right in the first place.
