I never thought I’d leave a glowing review about customer service in the middle of an AI boom. I worked with IVY and she was wonderful. They provide clear and rapid service. I NEVER talked to a bot and every person I interacted was refreshingly competent. On a side note, I’ve tested the safety of this product with bio analytics and I feel very safe in taking this product.

Skinny Rx helped me reach my goal weight. I started in October 2025, and lost about 65 pounds. Had some nausea at the begining, but they did provide anti-nausea pills for the first few months and that was helpful. Its pretty painless with the small needles. It helps to give your skin a pinch where you plan to inject. Mary was very helpful when I called in to cancel my subscription. Overall a very good experience.

Congratulations on hitting your goal weight — 65 pounds is amazing! Thank you for the honest breakdown, especially the tip about pinching the skin before injecting, that'll help others starting out. Glad Mary took good care of you when you called in. Wishing you continued success ahead!
