Monica did a great job explaining everything. I logged on several days ago to look into SkinnyRx and had not had a chance to get back on. Monica called at the perfect time, as I was literally opening mail from the FSA carrier which had my card in it. I was able to process a six-month plan with my FSA card.

I phoned SkinnyRx today to ask them to lower my starting weight to today’s weight since I took my first pill today. Brenda was very kind and professional and took care of the issue right away. Very pleased with this responsive company.
